Canadus Posted August 9, 2019 Posted August 9, 2019 And? Conclusion? Too bad that one cannot get Gunfighter base without stick. Ryzen 5800XD - 32GB RAM - Sapphire RX 7900 XTX - VKB Stuff + MFG Crosswind Pedals Homebase: Southwest Germany
Davee Posted August 10, 2019 Posted August 10, 2019 Hi Sokol, I would also like to know if the OP has posted conclusions as to how it works. Thanks, Cats . . . . .
Sokol1_br Posted August 10, 2019 Author Posted August 10, 2019 Don't know, VKB show this picture (in il2.ru) more as "concept proof", some user that have luck in own VKB electronic adapter (for Warthog) did the assembly. Anyway, seems that "mere mortals" are not eligible for own that adapter, produced once during a rare Moon eclipse simultaneous with Solar system planetary alignment. :D
smallberries Posted August 10, 2019 Posted August 10, 2019 You can't get just the base anymore? That's too bad..
Jamison01 Posted August 12, 2019 Posted August 12, 2019 The f18 stem is exactly the same as the a10. I did a swap for a 15deg stem so I could run the f18 center stick. The disassembly is actually easier in some aspects, but harder in others. Specifically, you only need to unscrew the bolts on the grip, not the screws on the button face. The hinge pin for the pinky lever is actually simple to pull because the o-ring comes off easier, unfortunately, the pinky setup is different, it uses an internal button on a pcb board and the lever has a spring that you have to screw around with. But it only took me about 10 minutes to do the swap. Sent from my ONEPLUS A6013 using Tapatalk
