As many other people I ordered their vibrating pad on March 2019 and it never arrived. They initially explained that the delay was due to the correction of an issue spotted in production, (production batch of May 2019) but looks like other people are still waiting their pad from previous year batches. All the latest recent attempts to get in contact with their support failed and seems that in all their social networks profile they are quite silent since few months, you can only find lot of people complaining for the same reason. This is only my thought, before ordering from them, try to contact them and ask confirmation about shipping time, or you'll end up like me and others waiting for months, wasting your money and missing the awesome experience to fly with a vibrating cushion. If you can't wait to have your vibrating pad, there are other valid alternatives on the market.
