Zoom axis greyed out

Hi I wonder how to map zoom axis on my hotas when I go in settings the field under my hotas category is greyed out and I cant press it nor bind my axis to it

make sure you are in the aircraft axis category to bind with an axis.

I did and in this video you linked the cells are also greyed out

can you take a screen shot of the controls page.

 

use prnt screen key in game and the screen shot will be in your saved games dcs folder after

You have to set the zoom view for each aircraft in the axis.

What about if you want to change the camera horizontal, vertical, zoom axis' to a different controller (because the default mouse is psychotic) you can't because they are locked and grayed out!  How do we "unlocked these grayed axis'"????
