Sgtpoen Posted October 1, 2019 Posted October 1, 2019 (edited) I just had a flight where after about 1 hour into flying my right engine just quits, i can restart it just fine but after running again for 10 seconds it just shuts down again. I checked all my bindings and i have no conflicts. I cannot attach the track because it's larger then the maximum file size. Has this happended to anyone before, i might go and try to recreate it but it only happended to me once so far. - I was holding a right hand orbit and was buddy lasing when the issue occured. After spending some time on the dcs F-14 discord i think it might have been a fuel imbalance but having not touched any fuel transfer controls and still having around 6000 pounds of fuel i don't know about that one. IronMike Posted October 4, 2019 Posted October 4, 2019 hmm, hard to say. could be fuel imbalance. first time I see this, I will ask fat creason what pesky failures he might have modeled for that to occur. lbellouny Posted October 5, 2019 Posted October 5, 2019 This is something that I’ve run into twice with my left engine in multiplayer with my squadron. I haven’t been able to reproduce it in Single Player. The first time it was at startup and after the engine had settled and I removed ground air, the second time I was in the air doing a wagon wheel bombing practice, and as I rolled in on my first pass, the left engine shut down. Sgtpoen Posted October 7, 2019 Author Posted October 7, 2019 I will try and simulate the conditions in a SP environment.
