  1. So that’s where my misunderstanding was. I thought ALL Cs were sealed. That clears it up, and explains it. Thank you both.
  2. I understand that the A model Phoenixes needed the tunnel pylons to have the coolant needed for the electronics even when mounted on the shoulders. It was my understanding that the Cs did not need the coolant, and could therefore be mounted on the shoulders without the tunnel rails. If my understanding is correct, why are we suddenly restricted from having 4/2/2 load outs? If you try to place C model Phoenixes on the shoulders, you are unable to place anything in the tunnels that would require the removal of the Phoenix pylons.
  3. I tried configuring this on my group's dedicated server. I wanted to set slot 1 to the saved games folder for our server 1 and the second slot to the saved games folder for server 2. The trouble is when the saved games folders are selected, they go back to the default dcs.openbeta which does us no good. Is this broken? Or something coming in the future?
  4. This worked. I have never gone through the button dropdown before to see that there were "JOY_BTN_28_OFF" options before. But it was there, and worked properly. Thanks for the help.
  5. I’ll have to check that when I’m home, just saw this while I’m at work.
  6. I was wondering if in the joystick abstractions command list we could get an Air to Air Door Slipway Closed else Open binding rather than the Open else Closed. I’d rather the closed be on a constant switch rather than the open.
  7. You have to go into the settings, choose to load profiles manually, and export them. Once that is done, import the airio.vap profile, and import the commands into the VAICOM profile. Then they’ll be there
  8. In my experience, hard negative Gs impact the INS more than positive Gs. I suspect you bent the INS with your negative pull
  9. After deselecting it, I also had to reimport the default command list
  10. The issue for me was importing in F10 commands. It was wiping out commands from the list
  11. Or if you go into Saved Games\Dcs.openbeta\Config\Input and copy and paste the F-14B and F-14B_RIO folder and rename them F-14 and F-14_RIO you’ll get your existing mappings back
  12. For GBUs, you need to have the fuse set to nose/tail, otherwise the fins for guidance will not be powered when you drop.
  13. Took damage as a result of MK82 Airs colliding under the jet. Grabbed a new jet, and the right engine would not start. Including link to track file. Google Drive Link to the Track
  14. In my case, I was flying straight and level. With 11k pounds.
  15. But what would’ve been the cause of the fuel supply issue?
  16. Random Failures was off. Didn't touch any of those until I was trying to relight. No negative G, had the throttles up to try and keep around .8 IMN flying straight and level, and the right engine just suddenly died. Following the air start procedure, it would light off, then once the throttle was advanced, it would shut back down. Did this if the Feed switch was in the Forward, Aft, or Norm positions. I've attached the kneeboard page I was following to try and air start. Attempted both procedures on the page.
  17. Last night I was participating in a multiplayer session with my group, I was up at 42000 feet, heading towards a group of bandits, when suddenly my right engine shutdown. There was at least 12k lbs of fuel, and trying to restart the engine would get it to light, I would increase throttle to match the left engine, and then it would shut down again. It was very similar to the engine not starting after being shot down bug, but I had not been shot down. I have the track, but it’s very large as this happened toward the end of a 2 hour mission.
  18. If you hit Alt+Space, then select move, then use the arrow keys on your keyboard, you'll be able to bring the VAICOM window to where you want it. It's something that's been happening to me for months
  19. I had the same going on. Go to the Config tab, and uncheck Run in debug mode.
  20. Nope, he’s not doing any other tasks
  21. Everything is up to date. It’s been since the last VAICOM update It is recognized, just no response from Jester
  22. No, it’s recognized, but Jester doesn’t acknowledge it, and doesn’t tune it, at all.
  23. Since the last update, the Link Tune and TACAN Tune commands are not working. They are recognized in Voice Attack, but Jester does not tune to the desired channel or frequency. If I tell Jester to TACAN Tune Texaco, that will work, but giving him X-Ray 103, for this example Texaco’s TACAN, he will not tune it. Went as far as resetting the keywords and deleting the commands and re-importing, no joy
  24. Does anybody know the font used for the BUNO plate? I'm trying to edit the cockpits for my group so that the BuNos match the jets, and I can't get a match for the font. Any help would be appreciated.
