BEFORE YOU REPORT!!

1- We need all the information you can give us, even if you think the information isn't important.

 

2- We need tracks, log files, system specs. If you can't get a track, images or video detailing the issue.

 

3- Track files and videos should be short and to the point to display the reported issue.

 

4- We need to know what map, what mission, single-player, multiplayer, all the information you can give us, please.

 

5- Only include one item report.

 

6- Before submitting a report, please first do a search of key terms to make sure it has not already been reported.

 

7- Reports should NOT include user-created mods.

 

8- How-To threads should be posted in general, if it's not a bug and you just need help, post there

 

9- Once a report has been marked as [REPORTED], [FIXED], [FIXED INTERNALLY] etc., no further posts are required.

Please stop with the +1s and I see it too posts, if you have a track, screenshot or other data relevant to the report to add, please do so, otherwise don't post, we don't want a lot of white noise in threads that can cause us to miss an important bit of info, thanks!
