Ercoupe Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 There's a sale going on so I thought I'd pick up a couple of campaigne. But they all show "Not Available" in red letters. So, what's up?

ED Team Wags Posted October 19, 2019 ED Team Posted October 19, 2019 Hello, They show as on sale here: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/shop/campaigns/ In the future, kindly do not post the same message to more than one forum. Ercoupe Posted October 19, 2019 Author Posted October 19, 2019 Yeah, sorry. I realized that I probably put that in the wrong place and posted it here.
Ercoupe Posted October 19, 2019 Author Posted October 19, 2019 Okay, I see that it still says "Not Available." Do we just ignore that and order anyway?
ataribaby Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 (edited) Just login before access store, then you will see BUY button. Edit: Hmm I was wrong. Only few campaigns show BUY button. Most of them "Not available". Dunno whats going on. Edited October 19, 2019 by ataribaby
Minsky Posted October 19, 2019 Posted October 19, 2019 (edited) Means you don't own a prerequisite module(s). Edited October 19, 2019 by Minsky Dima | My DCS uploads
Ercoupe Posted October 20, 2019 Author Posted October 20, 2019 I have the Mustang, the Spitfire and the Normandy map. All of the modules that it said were needed for those campaigns.
Minsky Posted October 20, 2019 Posted October 20, 2019 (edited) I have the Mustang, the Spitfire and the Normandy map. All of the modules that it said were needed for those campaigns. What about the WWII Assets, have you bought them as well? Are they all on your current ED account (not Steam)? If the answer to both questions is 'yes', then you should probably contact support. As you can see from the following screenshot, it doesn't allow me to buy the first campaign because I don't own the BF-109, but I can buy the second one since I have all three prerequisites (P-51, Normandy and WWII Assets). So it must be something on your side. Edited October 20, 2019 by Minsky Dima | My DCS uploads
Ercoupe Posted October 20, 2019 Author Posted October 20, 2019 Okay! You know what...I think that must be it. When ED allowed us to move anything we had on Steam, over to our ED install, I did it. I may have missed something. I'll bet that I still have the assets module connected to my Steam account. Gonna look into that right now. Thanks.
Ercoupe Posted October 20, 2019 Author Posted October 20, 2019 Well, I really thought that was going to be the problem. But, I have the Epsom campaign, and it has all of the same requirements as the Clostermann campaign. I ran the Epson mission without any problems. WW2 objects all over the place, so I do have the assets pack in my ED install. Oh forget it. It's not all that important. Saves me some money!
ataribaby Posted October 20, 2019 Posted October 20, 2019 Seems it was changed to "Requires another product" now. What is pretty clear.
Ercoupe Posted October 21, 2019 Author Posted October 21, 2019 I managed to purchase the two campaigns by entering the store from the game. If I start the sim and then go in from there I don't get the warnings about them not being avaialable.
