Hageneezz Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 Hi all, my first post here First some info on my system, I know it is not the fastest system around W10-64 PRO I7-3770K (non OC) Nvidia 1050 Ti 8 GB DDR3 RAM Installed DCS on a seperate SSD Now, I`m getting an awful lot of stutters, especially during take off. When I look at my FPS, they never go under 30 I`ve tried some tweaks, like setting MSAA and Vsync outside DCS, but this does not have any effect Can someone please help me getting this fixed? Thank you for reading!

Adding the DCS install folder to the antivirus exclusion list may help. thanks Forum rules - DCS Crashing? muehlema Posted November 6, 2019 Posted November 6, 2019 I got terrible stutters and I am able to reproduce it. Initially I was thinking that it is related to my Mods which I added. It is clearly not. I figured out that starting the mission is OK, until the AI planes start to spool up their engines. As soon as you start hearing the sound, frame drops from 110 to 5-10fps. If I kick out the AI F18/F5E then all is fine. muehlema Posted November 6, 2019 Posted November 6, 2019 I revise my saying - No issue in Persion Gulf nor Normandy map with the same config as in Caucasus. While in Caucasus I get 5-10 fps with AI alive.
