The mavs on my warthog are completely preoccupied with lamposts. Moreso than even my dog is TBH.

Given a choice between a big hot T72 and a small glowing erection belonging to the Georgian Street Lighting Corporation, the lampost is gonna get it every time. This is especially irritating given the average tank to lampost ratio encoutered in many areas of the map and the fact that tanks in DCS, despite their off road abilities, do like to drive slowly along roads in main (rather like tractors in Lincolnshire)

Obviously its greatly improved when there are no lampposts as then i only have to worry about buildings, dustbins and the odd children's swing being mistaken for a passing convoy but im just wondering if there is any techique to overcome this problem of mine other than flying up the exhaust pipe of said quarry.

Posted as a problem, likely personal, rather than a bug.

If the local SAM/AAA threat allows, I'll do a gun run on said tank, in the hope it'll "disperse under fire" and stop a little away from the road, I'll then have 5 minutes to re-attack using a Maverick.

Obviously this depends on how the mission has been made, so YMMV.
