ERROR 3 God someone help!!

I have tried and tried... I've downloaded the file about 10 times.. tried to install it about 400 times.. it just keeps on with code 3. I have a fresh install of LOMAC and I am at a loss!!! Some one please give me some advice

error code 3 is referring to a corrupted download, meaning you probably used a download manager when you were downloading this game. Try downloading it the regular way and see how that works out.

I've tried it the regular way and without a download manager.. can you specify a way. I used Firefox's regular way to download.. no success. I used Internet Explorer... no success.. I used a manager.. no success...

Assuming your referring to downloading Flaming Cliffs, if you post your transaction number and someone can tell me its legit, or take a screenshot with you being logged in and on the download page of the site, ill give you a link to Flaming Cliffs thats up on my webserver.

Crazy_Eyes. Go to the page where it shows everything you can download. Take a screenshot of that page, blur out the serial number, and i will PM you a link of Flaming Cliffs thats based in states.

I am back to the game after a long deployment overseas. Just tried to reinstall Lockon - which worked, but when I tried to install my CD based Flaming Cliffs, I got the dreaded "Error 3". What am I doing wrong? I am installing as Administrator on an XP machine. Thanks

Do you have Lockon Gold (includes both regular lockon and flaming cliffs on two separate cd's), or just Flaming Cliffs on a CD. Im asking because there was a limited recall of Lockon Gold discs because they were defective.

Thanks for the offer Luckybob :thumbup:, But I have fixed the problem with error 3, The copy of FC 1.11B from the US mirror is corrupted and will not install!, But if you use the Russian mirror to download FC 1.11B it will install without any problems.

I have them on two separate CDs. I used to be able to load flaming cliffs from my CD, but now am getting the error 3.

I tried to store my DL exe-file on CD as well, but for some reason, it wouldn't work. Kept the last DL file on my HDD, and that works fine every time I need it.
