Is there a way of turning off the GPS network and ensuring that if you align through INS then INS drift becomes a part of equation. Also is it possible that GPS weapons like JDAMs and JSOWs are also affected by this?

It is possible to disable GPS, by changing the mission date to somewhere prior to 1994 or assign the units to red side which never has GPS. The problem is, that most modules don't really care about the availability of GPS and always behave like there is GPS. This is true for the A-10C, Ka-50, and AV-8B. The F/A-18C is behaving a bit weird currently if there is no GPS, while I have no idea how the F-16 reacts to GPS not being available.
