GBU 31 STEP missing?

Load up four 31's, and I don't see the STEP option to cycle through the bombs to set them up properly for a mission. Whichever one is selected seems to function properly, but I don't see the STEP option on any of the pages to cycle them. After I drop the default weapon, I can now program the new default.

 

Probably something simple, but I searched and didn't find an answer.

Make sure you select them all with QTY first you will then have the step function
