In the new model, the throttle levers are small and rotate significantly when pushed forward, like in a Thrustmaster replica. But in real aircraft, the levers are much longer and mounted deeper, so it doesn't really move like that.

 

Fixing this will also help later, when you add pilot body animation (hint hint) :)
