Scheduled gift (and a Steam BS question)

Hello.

 

I want to gift a module to a friend on a certain date. Is it possible to schedule the gift? or do I have to buy the module at the moment I want him to receive it?

 

 

And a second question about Black Shark. Is there any way that I can transfer my Steam Black Shark (bought in 2010 and it has no serial number), together with the BS2 upgrade to a full BS2 licence?

As far as I am aware there is not way to schedule a gift.

 

BS2 upgrade is no longer on sale sorry.
