[REPORTED] NWS on ground will TWS

Hi all,

after have landed i pressed NWS/Undesignate button to engage the NWS and suddenly i locked a nearby allied aircraft.

 

So in the right DDI i opened the radar screen and i noticed that the radar was tracking a trackfile while sweeping but the master mode was in RWS (basically LTWS). (1st picture)

 

After breaking the lock using RESET pushbutton i noticed that the radar was sweeping even i was on ground with WOW (2nd picture)

 

Not sure if it is a bug, can someone clarify it?
