witness_me Posted January 4, 2020 Posted January 4, 2020 Hello DEKA team, When i turn OAP on, there's no changes in hsi, no symbology shows up or navigation information, regardless of the mode i'm using (nav, a/g etc) I did a quick search in the forums but didn't find anything relevant so creating a thread in case it's a bug Thanks

LastRifleRound Posted January 7, 2020 Posted January 7, 2020 Hmmmm. Could be because I had IAMs equipped. Equip some LS6's and try this again. You may have to turn OAP on in the SMS CNTL page for the LS6. You will see an additional HSI indication and the bomb will guide on it.
witness_me Posted January 7, 2020 Author Posted January 7, 2020 i was under the impression oap mode should work regardless of the munition type equipped? maybe not right now because it's EA, but oap can normally be used for navigation, dumb munitions etc
AeriaGloria Posted January 7, 2020 Posted January 7, 2020 I assume you are right, but needs to be enabled in CNTRL menu for IAM to guide on that spot.
