Jumped into DCS and found I had no pitch control. The Y axis is no longer being detected by DCS or the VPC software. Any help with how to trouble shoot or get customer support on this? Thanks in advance!

Is the Y axis detected by Windows? Then maybe a win calibration might help. If not i´d open it and check if any cables or plugs are loose. Otherwise i would suggest contacting customer support. But there was orthodox christmas last monday and they are propably on holidays. I placed an order on december 28 wich is not shipped yet...

Yeah, it's not being detected at all (VPC Calibrator Software, Windows, Etc). I opened it up and checked for loose wires, none, as well as cleaned off the sensor, just in case. I'm going to open a support ticket and see what happens.

Thanks for the reply
