julianb8504 Posted January 17, 2020 Posted January 17, 2020 Hi, is there a bug in the Hornet when trying to lock up ground targets with IRMAV when using TPOD? i can not lock up a target when hitting the TDC Depress when over a ground target. i have the FLIR as my SOI, and have the IRMAV caged.

After you lock up the target with TDC Depress on the FLIR (TGP) page, you need to transfer TDC Priority with the SCS to the IMAV page and then the missile seeker will uncage and go to the target point. There seems to be, at some times, the necessity to depress NWS to undesignate the prior designated target, to get the AGM-65F to completely close the gate on your desired target.
