In my autoexec.cfg I have the following line:

log.set_output("dcs", "", log.ALL, log.FULL)

Does anyone know exactly what this does? Looks like a log command of some sort.

Thank you.

It allows for a full log to be populated

Would this be the same log [dcs.log] file that would be requested by DCS if I had an issue I couldn't fix?

Correct same log, the line allows more information to be populated

Thank you for your response.

Also can I delete the dcs.log-****.zip files, they all look like mission .dmp/crash files.

You can safely delete the contents of your log folder if you need to, it can get a little full if you are having issues.

the zip files will often create a track replay which can be large
