Crash on loading Mission Editor

Mission Editor Hangs Up On Loading Screen

 

 

Won't progress past "Terrain Graphics Init: 97, persiangulf.ng5", DCS hangs up, and I then must use ctrl+alt+del and kill it through Task Manager.

Please remove all unofficial mods first

...unfortunately, it did not work even after going through all the clean, repair, and deletions of shader files.

 

 

I launched DCS in Non-VR, went to ME, tried to load a .miz. DCS got all the way to the caucasus.ng5 file, froze, then the big DCS splash screen came up as if I had just launched DCS. Frozen. Ctrl-alt-del in order to get rid of the process...:cry:

Try removing all unofficial mods

 

Z:\DCS.openbeta\Mods

 

then retest, do you see any difference?
