Where does everyone like to vig?

I frequent several servers ,both PVE and PVP, trying to hone this Knife edge module in all its Swedish glory.

 

I find few viggen pilots and fewer yet who like to chat.

 

Im all about getting good in this thing and I do have some success with certain weapons.

 

 

But does anyone ever coordinate missions or strikes?

 

Any servers out there a particular viggen hot spot?

Me and a couple of others usually go to one of the 4YA servers. You'll see us with a [NOSIG] in front of our nicknames.

I don't think that is a viggen problem in particular... my experience is 8/10 you join with a friend or you are solo

Hmm, the Viggen pilots (ret) that fly with us usually fly during the day and early evening so like noon/early afternoon for you. Could work :thumbup:

Yep. Alpenwolfs server is where the Viggen really shines. I mainly fly the Viggen on this server, though when we Viggen pilots chat, it tends to be in swedish.

 

 

Sadly, to coordinate strikes, you kinda need to join with friends. There is not much random join-up happening. Unless you're swedish and flying the Viggen. Have flown in some 4-stacks of random swedish dudes in the Viggen.

The biggest issue for me with the viggen online is that most servers kinda suck for online mission planning (or I'm an idiot and can't do it). I used to fly on GAW alot with the viggen using the pre-defined Kneeboard missions which works well. But when you have little idea where the targets are its hard to use the viggen.

I'm mostly on 4YA or Fraternity. Sometimes IRAF server too.

 

And yeah, finding other Viggen pilots is very rare!

I actually do like to coordinate strikes. The Viggen carries so little next to the A10 or Harrier, it requires to be teamworking.

 

I can't wait for the maverick to be fixed. Nothing like a flight of Viggens raining death at 1000km/h.

I just picked up the Viggen and am looking for peeps to fly with as well. Located in Cst time zone
