AMD GPU lock st 30fps when sync is turned on

I turn on the sync in DCS graphic settings, and in the forest the fps is locked at 30, which give me a bad feeling. My monitor refreshes at 60Hz.

Hi Cy-27,

if you switch on vsync the PC tries to sync the FPS with the Hz the display has. So 60 FPS in your case. If the PC is not powerful enough to reach 60 FPS it drops down to the half of it to be still synced, so 30 FPS. If it cannot even reach 30 FPS it would drop down to 15 (or 20, I´m not a pro on this).
