Soviet late Cold War Flight Suits Question

I'm building a 1/72 scale Su-39 and a MiG-29 (9.13) and was going to pose them in-flight. And I realized I have no idea what color to paint the pilot! A Googler search came up with very little that I could use. Does anyone know what color the Suits were during the late-80s, early 90s period?

 

Also, some of the photos I COULD find had the pilots wearing Leather Jackets over the suits...which I'd never heard of before. Anyone know the details behind this?

In most cases, soviet pilot suits had dark blue color.

Sand - for regions with hot weather.

Navy pilots (Yak-38 ) and that pilots, who flew long distances under the sea had orange color suits.

And in some cases suit was green.
