Horns Posted April 9, 2020 Posted April 9, 2020 I remember seeing a white paper Heatblur commissioned on the AIM-54 Phoenix that provided some of the data used for modeling the in-game AIM-54. I haven't been able to find that paper again in our forum, can anyone direct me to it? In that AIM-54 white paper, the authors provided numbers of the -A with the original motor, the -C and the -A with the newer motor. Does anyone have a rough idea of what those numbers were? If there were very few of the Charlies made compared to Alphas with the improved motor I might have to reconsider some loadout options... KlarSnow Posted April 9, 2020 Posted April 9, 2020 (edited) About half and half. ~2600A’s which ended production in 1980, and around 2500 C’s, of which 1000 were delivered by mid 1989. Some of the A’s got cannibalized and rebuilt into C’s Edited April 9, 2020 by KlarSnow
