First training mission issue

This is on oben bete 2.5.6

I am trying to learn these 2 little and nice planes starting from the eb version.

When i try the first training mission it is stuck when the voice says to advance the throttle from off it suddenly stop talking, and also if there is the text that tells you to advance the throttle to full and then idle also if i do this I cannot advance in the mission. I press space to no avail.

Its me doing something wrong or it is some bug?

It must be you doing something wrong. Be sure you click on the throttle to move it from stop to idle and vice-versa when requested during the mission. Also be sure you move correctly the throttle forward and backward when the missions tells you to do so. Check your throttle axis to see if it works properly.

Yes sure i will try and report back.

But the strange thing is that the instructor voice stops while saying the phrase, without me touching nothing . That made me doubt about a dcs bug

I tried again.

Both in open beta and release.

The problem is that after the check in the emergency trim panel the voice tells “check the throttle....” and suddenly stops after the word “forward” without finishing the phrase

The text says “check full and free/idle cut off”

Without me doing anything the voice stops.

If i try to put throttle out of cut-off go to full and then to idle and cutoff again nothing happens and also pressing spacebar nothing happens.

My axis assignment for throttle works correctly

What can i do?

Strange i do the same

 

I recorded a video with my phone to show you. But don’t know how to link here

I put the throttle out of stop advance fully forward (checked also with ctrl+enter overlay that the throttle advance 100% and double checked also with a software outside of dcs that my throttle goes to 100%) but the voice won’t start again.

Hovewer i tried a stupid thing, to do the same with keyboard keys (num+/num-) and there it worked.

Nice that you solved it using keyboard. Did you check inside DCS that throttle moves fully forward? You can do it in control options and using the controls indicator (RCtrl + Enter).

OK, missed it. Anyway, there must be something wrong in your throttle, if it works correctly using keyboard. Did you try with other axis? (assign throttle to other axis).
