MongoosT 50 Throttle / Wheel axis as button ?

I tried many ways with DCS settings to assign the MongoosT 50 Throttle wheel axis as buttons. No luck

Is that possible with the Virpil software ???

I do not know the virpil software much but I think they do have an option for that. Axis to button.

If not you could do that with Vjoy+Joystick Gremlin.

Edit : In this exemple I show how to map ministick axes to 4 buttons. The idea is the same in your case. Except you would do it only on a single axis.

When you move an axis or press a button the software will jump to that axis or button to make it easier. If the software constantly jump from one to another that is because your controller have some issue. Make sure all axis are centered (Or wherever there is a deadzone on your axis).

You could also disable that option in the option menu.

I'm trying to use the Wheel axis ( see the attached image, first post ) for SEAT ADJUSMENT HIGH - LOW ( pilot view - position )

 

I have the older Virpil MongoosT - 50

VirPil software Axis to Button, configuration is saved in controller memory, so don't need soft running in game background.
