[INVESTIGATING]TGP not centered with piper in CCIP modes

Probably because W.I.P. but in CCIP modes the TGP is not centered with piper like shown in flight manual p.154.

In both guns and bombs CCIP modes there is an offset, and in rockets mode the TGP is static on WP.

There's currently a very similar bug related to TGP aligning with the SPI, I will check this when that bug is fixed since it may just be the same cause
