mapping controls to real simulator hotas

Hi, I understand the module has profiles for this grip amongst others, as standard, how do I enable this?

 

In controls, I don't have anything preset to the FSSB R3? Obviously I can do this manually, but wondered why the presets Wags refers to in the video here

I think either firmware changing for R3 caused the issue or something on ED ends did. When I first got my R3L everything was mapped correctly. However I just updated firmware on Monday and DCS didn't auto assign the mappings. Thankfully it isn't too complicated to map out the stick, just select the HOTAS tab and go down the list for the stick.

Yeah, my F16SGRH CE did not have default mappings and I had to redo it myself (RS Grip + FSSB R3L). If people are really interested I could always upload my profile.

Actually if it wasn’t a bother I’d love to know what settings you are using for the base unit, I’d be interested in what force you have dialled in for pitch vs roll and if you are running any percentage offset’s for the NASA options.

I'm still playing with x/y but my offset is 125%.
