I just turn off the SMT and lock the CPU frequency at 4.1Ghz.

32GB RAM 2*16GB DDR4@3000Mhz C16

256GB SSD 960EVO

This config is just fit for 1080P DCS. My GPU bottlenecks in 1440P.

I have to say the AMD driver is so bad that it unregularly crashes, VIDEO TDR FAILURE and outputs no GPU signal. I have tried numerous times in reinstalling my windows 10 and installing all kinds of AMD drivers, nothing changed. I tested my old GTX1050ti for a week, there was no problem.
