RogueSqdn Posted May 2, 2020 Posted May 2, 2020 This has been an issue for me for a while, but I've never found any comment on it. With the sale, I decided to complete the collection and today paid for every module I didn't already own (I bought the campaigns last week). I spent around $600 in total. I have no interest in flying the easy versions of any of the modules. Is there a way I can hide them from the game, or at least, from the input menu? The input menu is somewhat nightmarish to navigate through... cutting out duplicates I'll never use would help. Thanks! RogueSqdn Posted May 3, 2020 Author Posted May 3, 2020 Don’t see why this was moved to wishlist. It’s a question asking if something can be done in the game as it is currently. If the answer is no, it should be said instead of just moving the thread. Especially when the one who’s asking just spent $600 on you. Harker Posted May 3, 2020 Posted May 3, 2020 I think it's better to be moved to the wishlist rather than get a flat no, isn't it? At least that means they acknowledged it and there's a chance they they'll think about implementing it. Plus, all requests, simple and complicated, get moved to the wishlist regardless. I really wouldn't take it personally. And btw, I had never thought about this, but why not, if it's easy and quick to do? I never got why there's an Easy mode for full fidelity stuff anyway. RogueSqdn Posted May 3, 2020 Author Posted May 3, 2020 My problem isn’t that it may not be able to be done. It’s the way the question was treated with no information given at all. Idea from /u/BlackeyeDcs on Hoggit... editing name.lua on them to put Z as the first letter. At least that would group them at the end of the list. RogueSqdn Posted May 3, 2020 Author Posted May 3, 2020 So I pieced this together that will put each of the easy ones, plus General and Combined Arms at the bottom of the list, and UI Layer at the top (for VR purposes). It's ready for OvGME. I have no idea if this will affect MP, as I don't really fly MP that much at all.Module Names.zip DEFENSOR FORTIS Spoiler Systems: Falcon NW Talon: Ryzen 9 5950X @4.9GHz, 64GB DDR4, RTX 3090 FE; Falcon NW Mach V: Core i7 3930K @3.2GHz, 32GB DDR3, GTX 1080 FE Cockpit: MonsterTech MTX F, 42" 4K TV, HP Reverb G2, Oculus Rift S, PointCTRL Controls: RS F16SGRH CE, RS F18CGRH, VPC T-50CM2, VFX, WarBRD (Grips); VPC T-50CM2, RS FSSB R3L (Bases); Winwing F/A-18C, VPC T-50CM3, VPC T-50CM, TM Warthog, Cougar (Throttles); VPC ACE2 (Rudders)
