Jester not switching AM / FM

I got a problem in multiplayer.

 

Let's say I need 318.000 AM (just an example, don't know if a valid freq), I tell Jester radio tune 3 1 8. 0 he tunes the radio. So far so good, but I don't find a way to switch to fm or vice versa.

 

I also tryed select AM 3 1 8. 0.

 

Viacom recognizes the command but doesn't tune the radio.

 

Any suggestions?

apparently, 'Radio mode FM' or 'Radio mode AM' should do the job

I'm sorry for the mess, will test very soon.

 

Any idea why select AM / FM 123.000 (e.g) won't work in the f14. Normal?

I'm afraid i don't know, but I can't find that command in the back of the manual. Is it on the radial menu?

 

 

Edit: ah, I've just seen a post from hollywood_315, where he talks about that command and it looks like it is a hands free way of tuning the pilot's own radio, rather than a command that asks the RIO to tune their radio.

it's at the end of this post and it looks like the command needs to be imported before it can be accessed
