Last night my friend and I tried to create a server in Multiplayer. We have the same DCS Open Beta version and the appropriate map. (Persian Gulf) He tried to create a server and then I did. When we created the server it did not show up on the list. Then we both tried joining by IP and it gives us the message "Server Offline"

We have watched the tutorials and followed the instructions but it still does not work.

What are we doing wrong?

You probably haven't opened the respective port on your internet router (Default Port: 10308 UDP & TCP). That's required for the host, so other players can access his server from outside his local network. Check your router's manual to see how you can open ports on your router model.

Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit

DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

Yes likely your ports on your router.

We have a list of ports and protocols here for DCS
