I was wonderful how to use the F-18 flaps manually. I have tried the over ride switch on the left and then binded the flaps up and flaps down to my keyboard but it doesn't seem to work. I'm still waiting for my Warthog Hotas to be delivered so I'm just using stick and keyboard.

I think that the warthog has a switch for the manual flaps on the throttle. I want to by able to use my flaps like my air brakes. Thx for any help.

They won't deploy above 250 knots regardless of the switch position.

The warthog throttle does have a 3 position switch to the left of the throttle labeled 'flaps'. It's probably more accurate for the A-10 but it works fine for the FA-18.

But we already have an air brake?

Yes we do have an airbrake. I have it operated by upper of the two grey switches on the right side of the Warthog throttle grip.
