Just wondering what everyone uses their toggle switches and spring loaded switches for. Personally I use the bottom three across every module as (excluding A-10):

(EAC: ARM/OFF) - Master arm on

(RDR ALTM: NRM/DIS) - Refueling probe extend

(AUTOPILOT: ENGAGE/DISENGAGE) - Jettison button

(AUTOPILOT: PATH/ ALT/HDG ALT) - Gear up Neutral Down

The other toggle switches I haven't mapped as anything to any module except "FLOW R" to toggle NVG's with IGN R and IGN L to adjust NVG gain.

Do you guys cover the existing LED labels?

I have cut out holes in piece of black construction paper (to allow switches to poke thru) and label what I have programed the switch for in each aircraft on it (separate sheet for each aircraft). That both covers the LED's and means I don't have to remember what switch is for what.

For F-18 I use bottom for gear, barometer and HUD symbology reject, and the top two for fuel probe and master arm. Eng Op fwd for that, and APU on APU (although have to manually flip it on then off since in the F18 it goes off on it's own).

Left right across the bottom : undercarriage, hook, fcs reset(button), battery (3 way)

Moving up from there: trim reset(button) rudder trim(wheel), fuel probe

The next two are the 3position with the sprung up. These are set up for left and right engines.... Sprung up is the starter centre is gen off. Down is gen on. That way I can spring select the starter and then engage the gems once started.

The top two are landing light and master arm

Thank you I will do a quick print as is just as a trial.

Well I tried. Any one know how to open a rar. file. I thought it was described as MS Word file but Word won't open it.

.RAR files are compressed (like a .zip file). I use free RAR Extract Frog. I'm sure there are other free RAR extract programs out there too. The MS Word file will be within once you extract (decompress) it.
