Simapppro has to re-identify controllers

Every time i reboot my computer you can hear the connect and reconnect of the usb ports of the winwing. You can hear that disconnect and reconnect 4 or 5 times every time i reboot.Sometimes there will be a long pause in between them taking a up to 5 minutes. This is a huge PITA. Not only that its still messing up my Vjoy every time. Winwing, please fix this software. The throttle can be a ferrari but without gas its just a fancy paperweight

I noticed that my joystick gremlin got messed up (unexpected error) after installing SimProApp. Had to reinstall that as well as vJoy including trashing the json config file in the USER folder for it to work again. My previous binding save files loaded without issues afterward.

Hey Supnua. Not surpirised you have a winwing in your arsenal now lol. Everytime my computer reboots and it detects the winwing over and over until it stabilizes, I find it also reconfigures my Vjoy and add 2 more vjoy devices. So in order for gremlin to work again I have to go into vjoy and delete the 2 vjoy devices that the simapppro software added. The gremlin will work again. Its becoming a PITA

Mine forces me to have 2 virtual devices. You can leave extra vjoy devices on without deleting them. However, vjoy doesn't like identical virtual devices since that will cause an error. So each virtual device must have different numbers of buttons or axes or POV, so the program can differentiate them. I just delete an axis or two off the 2nd virtual device to make it different than the main one, and no problem since.

Have you also foudn it has made the VPC software slow as sin? takes forever for VPC to recognize any buttons in the software i am pushing

I haven’t used VPC app in a long time. I only use it for firmware update and recalibration. Joystick gremlin is my go to app for almost everything these days since it covers everything including my button boxes.

Yep, that's what I'm doing. Just uncheck run at windows startup option, and you're good to go.
