The D2M light under the RWR display is always blinking for me. In the manual it says:

"When blinking, indicates that the system is powered but not ready for operation (warm-up)."

I have the switch for that in M mode, along with the other countermeasures switches. Is this missile launch detector feature functional?

I've completed three missions in the campaign, and it's always blinking throughout, so it's not just during warm-up after startup procedures.

D2M sensors are not fitted by default as they are not fitted to the M-2000C's flown by the AdA (French Airforce).

There is an option in the Mission Editor to enable the D2M pylon sensors but AFAIK (checked a couple of missions) they haven't been enabled in the campaign missions.

The D2M sensors used to be enabled by default, with an option to disable them but the logic was swapped at the request of the AdA.
