No, you will hear LESS noise in fact in cockpit. In F3 flyby view you will hear the boom.

It´s true, you don´t hear a sonic boom within the aircraft. Never heard of any jet being less noisy past M1.0. Flew two different jets above M1.0 myself and those didn´t get any less noisy (also not any more noisy, as mentioned).
