Pirimeister Posted June 1, 2020 Posted June 1, 2020 Hi all. Is there a way to have the TM Warthog recognize long(er) key presses in other modules besides the A-10C, without using T.A.R.G.E.T? That single functionality would be enough for me, to extend the number of commands that I can have in the joystick. If it's not possible do do it that way, how does it work with with A-10C module, then? Thank you for your time!
Lange_666 Posted June 1, 2020 Posted June 1, 2020 Is there a way to have the TM Warthog recognize long(er) key presses in other modules besides the A-10C, without using T.A.R.G.E.T? If you don't want to use T.A.R.G.E.T, there are alternatives as Joystick Gremlin and others. If it's not possible do do it that way, how does it work with with A-10C module, then? That is hard coded into the A-10C module, not through T.A.R.G.E.T or other HOTAS programming software. Win11 Pro 64-bit, Ryzen 5800X3D, Corsair H115i, Gigabyte X570S UD, EVGA 3080Ti XC3 Ultra 12GB, 64 GB DDR4 G.Skill 3600. Monitors: LG 27GL850-B27 2560x1440 + Samsung SyncMaster 2443 1920x1200, HOTAS: Warthog with Virpil WarBRD base, MFG Crosswind pedals, TrackIR4, Rift-S, Elgato Streamdeck XL. Personal Wish List: A6 Intruder, Vietnam theater, decent ATC module, better VR performance!
Ant0ine Posted June 2, 2020 Posted June 2, 2020 I advise Vjoy+Joystick Gremlin. https://whitemagic.github.io/JoystickGremlin/interface/ See "Tempo". You might be able to hard code it into the game via the lua file. But I can't help with that. And that would only work for DCS. With Gremlin it will work everywhere.
Pirimeister Posted June 2, 2020 Author Posted June 2, 2020 Thanks for the replies. I'll look into Joystick Gremlin. At first glance it seems more acessible than T.A.R.G.E.T.
