How to set windowed Mode?

I have searched the forums and have seen a post which says to set Windowed Mode use either Left or Right Alt + Enter.

 

I have tried this, my screen flickers but nothing else happens. (My right Alt key is labelled Alt Gr).

 

How can I set the screen to Windowed Mode, please?

Left-Alt + Enter (keypad).

If your Windowed Mode is as big as full screen you will not noticed much difference besides the blink you mention. In Window Mode you can easier alt-tab between background stuff.
