Humor aside, as of update dated 6/10/2020, the AI Mig-25s are unbreakable and will not crash. Both myself and an AI wingman have shot different weapons and they will not die and keep flying. Track and screen shots linked below.

This has been reported in other threads. Many (if not all) aircraft is basically indestructible. It's not just the MiG-25.

To be fair, Mig25 have been unbreakable for a very long while now. Generally the nose comes off and they may lose a tail or both tails, or maybe one wing and still fly back to base.
