Aircraft Updates

Hey, please excuse my ignorance, but when an aircraft (such as the F-16C) gets an update to fix or add something, how is that update delivered??

 

Is there a separate aircraft update or is it all part of the DCS World update? I'm running the OpenBeta.

It comes as a part of the DCS world update.
