16-2 Red Flag for Viggen

There is campain in the shop 16-2 Red Flag for Viggen, but it is not purchasable for some reason... Any idea why? I understand it was designed by you guys...

 

 

 

Also there is campain with the same name included in the Viggen "package". Is it the same by any chance? Just looking for clarification, not complaining...
