How to fly in supercarrier

Hi Guys, after playing FC3 for the past 3 months I took the plunge and downloaded F16 (because of my fond memories flying Falcon 4.0 allied force when I was younger) and F18 hornet. I also downloaded Supercarrier and Persian Gulf map. My issue is I don’t know how to fly on supercarrier or Persian gulf because on the DCS home screen the Aps are highlight below but when I click them for instant action it’s just blank. When I go on to campaign there’s nothing there either. The 2 jets I downloaded are working fine. Am I missing something or could there have been a problem with the download? Any hell would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Let's start with the Obvious

 

 

If you go to Mission Editor and create a mission you will see under ship carriers CVN-71-73 that is SuperCarrier

 

 

CVN-71 is the Roosevelt

 

 

CVN-72 is the Lincoln

 

 

CVN-73 is the H.W. Bush

 

 

If you don't see that your download may be corrupted

Oh I almost forgot hit F6 Salute to launch off the Carrier

 

 

If not you'll be in burner and you won't get shot

You won’t find anything under the Supercarrier section, or instant action. the Hornet will have missions under the “missions” section that say Supercarrier in the name, that’s the quick way to play around with it.

I thought 73 is the Washington

You’re right I usually fly off CVN-72 the Teddy or CVN-74 the Stennis

 

Got to try CVN-73 someday
