It reloads them on the jet but will not drop them more than once. I had this years ago on the war birds. It was a bug. Maybe it has crept its way back in. This is happening in stable. After i dropped the first set, I switch to another mode and back ... I know that is far from the real world but saves re-arms at the field. If you're referring to missiles, then the dogfight override needs to be cycled to allow you to refire the reloaded infinite ordnance.
