Is there any training missions for the cat for case 2 or 3 carrier operations? I am trying to learn how to take off and find my way back and intercept a radial to the carrier. Right now I don't know how to do so

Supercarrier adds Case III training mission but if you don't own it you can take any Case I mission and make it bad wheather or night time.

 

When you fly by TACAN back to the ship it shows you bearing. If you want to catch the radial (from the ship to you) fly into the course line that is 180 degrees from that radial and then follow the course.

I will check it out. Easier to see in a hornet because can see the tacan and course line. Tomcat is much more basic. But I will have to watch and keep practicing.

If I change the atmosphere even though it’s case 1, will they treat it like a case 2 or 3?

Idk about the Stennis but Supercarrier comms and logic will definitely change according to weather/visibility conditions.
