If you can find a skilled and willing texture artist, you can always ask ED to consider including particular liveries in the base game files.

 

I did that in the past and it worked.

 

Also, don't expect ED to make a lot of liveries, even Nick Grey said in an interview, that utilizing skilled community artists works better for the business.
