For some reason my throttle is moving the rudder pedals.... Any input on how to correct?

You have to go in your control bindings, Selected aircraft axis, and clear the rudder controls from the Throttle column.

 

You probably have to do that for the most of your aircraft

And bind the throttle axis to the throttle...:smilewink:
