Hi, how easy would it be to have 2 installations of DCS? One with mods etc and one for multiplayer that does not? Any pitfalls to look out for?

Thanks

I don't see the problem. Might be best to install one using the Open Beta installer, and one with the Release one, to avoid conflicts, even if you keep both on the same build.

Hi

You can have as many installs as you wish, just make sure they are in different locations, and it is best to use a different saved games folder for each install.

you can do this by using

-w DCS.TESTING

in the target shortcut for the install, this will tell the install to use that folder in the saved games location.

thanks
