Dcs Openbeta says 2.5.6.52437 after updating to lastest

I downloaded the latest 26th of August Openbeta which supposedly is 2.5.6.4046 but I am still getting openbeta 2.5.6.52437 as the version I have installed. I ran repair and each returns with the message that I have the version number 2.5.6.52437 install and claims that is the lastest version.

 

I have no clue what is going on. The only major thing I did on my PC lately was to run a full system virus scan of my system file.

 

Any ideas what I could do?

2.5.6.52437 is the current stable (release) version.

 

So it looks like you installed this one, not the OpenBeta.

I've just checked the openbeta installer and it does install 2.5.6.54046 as it should.

 

It may help if you attach your autoupdate.cfg and autoupdate_log.txt + autoupdate_log_old.txt files.

Same problem here. After repair (because Syria maps didnt load the surface) it revert back to an old version.

 

 

It wont update to the latest Beta.

Not even with forced update by number.

Thanks once again for all the help. I did repair and re-installed openbeta and all is good now. I am on the latest openbeta.
