Hello, I tried to update my winwing throttle and switch panel to the new firmware and my switch panel seems to be dead. I had it plugged into the motherboard. The throttle is functioning fine. Could you please assist! Thanks!

I had the same problem. But on the third try it updated successfully. For my case, I waited for a few minutes in order for the download to start. Maybe it was due to server speed.

The panel look dead if update unsuccessfully. Only have a dim red light blinking on the top left (near USB port)

Almost had a heart attack at that time because I only received the Throttle for a few days.

Ps. How to join Winwing Discord?

I didn't realize there were updates. I don't normally run the app. But I had checked recently (maybe a couple of weeks ago?). So, I pulled the trigger. I didn't have any problems. Updates installed quickly, first try.

Does anyone know what the firmware changes fixed/added/removed?

If you let Simapp run and update the export.lua you can now not only enable the APU indicator light but you can also adjust the panel lights from the the aircraft interior lighting controls

Hey guys sorry hadn't checked this since. But the Winwing guys were very helpful. On the third attempt mine worked and came back to life as well. It is now working as intended.

Hey I just had this issue happen to me, update failed and now my take off panel is dark and I only have the red flashing light around the selective jettison knob. what did you have to do in order to get sim app software to recognize the panel and turn back on? Ive already unplugged it and re plugged it in to the mother board and all that, it still doesn't show up on the software or power back on.

Unplug all USB devices except KB and Mouse. Open simappro and start plugging the panel into various USB outlets, hopefully it will be detected and prompt you to update. Sometimes a powered USB3 hub will work over the ports on your pc. You can even try installing Simmappro on another device and see if the panel will update.

Btw can you see the panel in Devices and Printers?

If nothing works then send an email to info@winwing.cn
